An Up-Close Look At Knight Of Dusk

Now that 10th Edition is starting to feel familiar, let’s take a closer look at one of its staple uncommons — Knight of Dusk.

Once you start to look more closely, Knight of Dusk is a wonderful card, bulging with possibilities — especially in multiplayer.

Since a Knight of Dusk accompanied by two open mana means death to any blocker, this card is basically irresistible to any opponent. In that sense, it’s sort of unblockable, like a black Phantom Warrior.

We think of bounce when we think of Knight of Dusk. If you have bounce, then any clumsy, fumbling effort by an inexperienced opponent to put the squeeze on your Knight of Dusk by using blockers that outnumber your mana can be easily avoided.

Knight of Dusk is a perfect candidate to dress up with a sexy enchantment such as Moldervine Cloak. If you wrap her up in a Cloak, you’ll be itching to unleash her as fast as possible.

Or slap a Rancor on her, and she’ll be a mighty, mighty house that will make opponents slack-jawed and nervous.

Also, articles like this don’t work as well under this system.

The keep looking link underneath this article is quite amusing though, despite being coincidental.
